Kenya
Kenya | Whole Bean Bright. Bold. Unforgettable. Few origins command attention the way Kenya does. Grown on the fertile red volcanic soils surrounding Mount Kenya and the Central Highlands, Kenyan coffee is widely regarded as some of the finest in the world — and for good reason. Rigorously graded, meticulously processed, and bursting with a complexity that surprises even seasoned coffee drinkers, this is a coffee that doesn't ask for your attention. It earns it. Tasting Notes: Blackcurrant · Bright citrus · Dark cherry · Brown sugar · Winey acidity · Juicy, complex finish What to Expect: Kenya hits differently from the first sip. A vivid, almost electric brightness leads the way — bold blackcurrant and ripe citrus — before giving way to a deep, winey complexity and a sweetness reminiscent of dark berry jam. The body is full and lush, the acidity pronounced but refined, and the finish is long, juicy, and layered in a way that rewards slow sipping. This is not a background coffee. It is the conversation. Origin Details: Country: Kenya Region: Nyeri / Kirinyaga / Murang'a Process: Washed (Double Fermentation) Altitude: 1,500–2,100 masl Variety: SL28, SL34, Ruiru 11 Harvest: October – December (Main) · June – August (Fly Crop) Roast: Medium Light Best Enjoyed: Pour-over or Chemex to fully capture the bright, fruit-forward complexity this origin is celebrated for. A revelatory cold brew for those who want something extraordinary over ice. Best experienced black — milk would be a shame. This is Kenya. It needs no introduction. Just a good cup.

Honduran
Honduras | Whole Bean High altitude clarity. Naturally sweet. Tucked among the rugged mountain ranges of Central America, Honduras has quietly become one of the most exciting origins in specialty coffee. Grown by dedicated smallholder farmers at elevations that coax out every last note of sweetness and brightness, this coffee is a testament to what thoughtful cultivation and honest craft can produce. Tasting Notes: Milk chocolate · Caramel · Red apple · Brown sugar · Light citrus · Clean, sweet finish What to Expect: A beautifully balanced cup with medium body and a bright, lively acidity that never turns sharp. The sweetness comes naturally — no pretense, no complexity for complexity's sake — just a clean, satisfying coffee that opens up more with every sip. The finish is smooth and gentle, with just enough lingering sweetness to remind you why you chose it in the first place. Origin Details: Country: Honduras Region: Santa Bárbara / Copán Process: Washed Altitude: 1,400–1,800 masl Variety: Catuai, Lempira, IHCAFE 90 Harvest: November – February Roast: Medium Best Enjoyed: Pour-over or drip to let the brightness and clarity shine through. Also pulls a surprisingly sweet and balanced shot as espresso. Pairs naturally with fresh fruit, light pastries, or nothing at all.

Signature Blend
Here's the updated Signature Blend description built around all four origins: Signature Blend | Whole Bean Four origins. One perfect cup. Some coffees tell the story of a single place. This one tells something richer — the story of what happens when carefully chosen origins find each other. Our Signature Blend draws from four distinct corners of the coffee world, united by a shared commitment to quality and a vision for what a truly balanced cup can be. Two honey processed lots bring natural sweetness and body, while a clean highland washed coffee and a bold, spice-forward origin add complexity and depth that no single origin could achieve alone. Tasting Notes: Milk chocolate · Honey · Brown sugar · Dried fruit · Warm baking spice · Smooth, lingering finish What to Expect: This blend opens with an enveloping sweetness — think caramel and ripe stone fruit — carried by a full, velvety body that the honey processed beans bring to the table. Mid-cup, a gentle earthiness and whisper of exotic spice emerge, adding intrigue without disrupting the harmony. The finish is clean, warm, and satisfying in a way that makes the next sip feel inevitable. Blend Details: Process: Mixed — Washed & Honey Roast: Medium Dark Body: Full Acidity: Low–Medium Finish: Sweet, smooth, and lingering Best Enjoyed: Drip, French press, or espresso — this blend was crafted for versatility.
