Grown by dedicated smallholder farmers at elevations that coax out every last note of sweetness and brightness, this coffee is a testament to what thoughtful cultivation and honest craft can produce.

What to Expect: A beautifully balanced cup with medium body and a bright, lively acidity that never turns sharp.
