By using this site or placing an order with Lough Coffee Roasters, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy and shipping & returns policy.

We roast in small batches by hand, so slight variation from batch to batch is part of the craft — that's a feature, not a defect. Product photos are representative. Prices and availability can change, and we may correct obvious errors in pricing or descriptions. We may limit order quantities at our discretion.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of your order, including any applicable sales tax. Your order is confirmed by email. We may refuse or cancel an order we suspect is fraudulent — if we cancel, you'll receive a full refund.

Shipping timelines, the 14-day replacement window, and refund details are in our shipping & returns policy. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is in the carrier's hands, but we'll always help if something goes wrong.

Accounts are optional — you can always check out as a guest. If you create one, keep your password private; you're responsible for activity under your account.

Our coffee chat assistant is powered by AI and is there for brewing tips and product questions. It tries hard, but it can make mistakes — for anything about a specific order, email us directly and a human will answer.

The text, photos, illustrations, and branding on this site belong to Lough Coffee Roasters and can't be reused commercially without permission.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law that can't be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Texas.
